The problem

Steel prices move daily and buyers make purchasing decisions on the trend, not the number. The data was there; nobody could see the shape of it.

What I did

I built the line charts showing yearly price statistics, so a buyer can see at a glance whether today is a good day to buy, and the quotation feature that turns that judgement into an actual purchase request.

Result

Price history that reads in seconds instead of a spreadsheet that reads in minutes.
